At White Horse Retail, we buy customer returns, clearance and overstock products from large retailers such as Argos, Amazon, Sainsbury's, John Lewis and many more.

That means our product range includes brand new, unopened items, products that have been opened but never used, items that may have been used once then returned, or products where the boxes were damaged in the warehouse or by the courier.

Whatever the reason, we buy these items in bulk to get the best price. We check every product and decide if it's new, new but opened, needs to be refurbished (a broken part replaced or new filter fitted), or is beyond repair. Anything we don't want to offer to our customers goes for recycling where possible.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE

We will not sell any products or parts that are damaged or that have been used for food preparation, or for personal care. Cleaning products such as vacuum cleaners and their accessories will not be sold if they have been used heavily, but if they only need a wipe down with anti-bacterial cleaner, we will list the item as Refurbished since they're not technically new.

ARE YOU BUYING SOMETHING AS A GIFT?

Unless we list the product as New, we cannot guarantee that the original packaging will be intact, or even present. We will always package the product so it is protected during transit, even if it still has the original box. If you intend to give this product as a gift, we strongly recommend you consider buying it brand new from the original store - we would rather the recipient is totally happy, and you come back to us for the next item.

We work with our business neighbours to recycle any packaging or filling, so we hope you understand if you receive a vacuum cleaner in a box labelled 'Landrover parts', or a hair dryer arrives in a 'My Little Pony' box. We may even use Amazon boxes, but these will have been used to deliver products that we or our neighbours have purchased from Amazon.
